Honeywell Ademco Lynx 5210 is showing a Trouble or Supervisory signal

If your system is displaying a Trouble condition or a Supervisory signal, the following information may help: 

When the message “Not Ready To Arm – System Trouble” is displayed in a yellow status bar along the top of the screen, you can view the Trouble condition by pressing the ‘SECURITY’ icon, then pressing the ‘SYSTEM’ icon on the next screen.

Once done viewing the trouble conditions, press ‘BACK’, then press the ‘HOME’ button.

To silence and reset, enter your USER CODE. Please note that the trouble condition will not reset until the problem is corrected.

Please note: The entry beeps or alarm sound can be silenced by pressing any key however, it will restart in 10 seconds if the correct User Code is not entered.

If the system continues to beep due to a trouble that cannot be reset, you can also turn the volume down on your panel while you are waiting for technical assistance. To do this, select ‘MORE’ on the HOME SCREEN, then select ‘SETTINGS.’ Adjust the volume using the slide shown on the Settings screen, then select ‘SAVE’ to accept.
